Satori

In his own words, Dutch producer Satori takes inspiration from "things that are not really directly connected to music" when creating his organic and spiritual house music that is so recognisable because of the use of unique instruments such as the kora or the kalimba. "I let myself be inspired by things like food, painting, poetry and films", he adds when asked where the stimulus of his sound lies, installed in an infinite golden hour; between a euphoria that is one step away from exploding and a nostalgia that comforts. Djordje Petrovic's electronica sways you between these two sensations.

Despite this healthy interest in seeking influences beyond the musical plane, Satori maintains a direct dialogue with Nicolas Jaar and Monolink, experts in flooding the dancefloor with emotions just like him. This is exactly what will happen next autumn in Barcelona and Madrid: Satori will perform on 9th October at Sala Apolo and on 10th October at Teatro Magno.
