Diablada returns with its gaze set on Africa and its diaspora: rap, club sounds and body-driven experimentation take center stage.

Aunty Rayzor arrives from Lagos with a flow as sharp as her name, rapping in English and Yoruba across afrobeat, hip hop and dancehall. Her debut Viral Wreckage (Hakuna Kulala, 2023) established her as one of Nigeria’s fiercest voices; live, she is pure energy, proven at Roskilde and Rewire.

From Nairobi to Berlin, Kabeaushé unleashes a whirlwind of pop, rap, rock and baroque influences. Singer, rapper and producer, each performance becomes a theatrical production that pushes beauty, pain and identity to their limits.

The local anchor comes from Jokkoo Collective, a key Afro-descendant force within Barcelona’s scene. Mooki6, French-Guadeloupean, deconstructs dancehall, bouyon, gqom, drum & bass and metal in visceral sessions already seen at Sónar and Nyege Nyege. Alongside him, TNTC, a Guinean-Spanish selector, explores the most experimental edges of club culture.

Aunty Rayzor

Bisola Olugbenga, known artistically as Aunty Rayzor, is a dynamic rapper and vocalist from Lagos, Nigeria. She raps in both English and Yoruba, developing her skills through church singing and underground rap battles.

Her debut album, Viral Wreckage (Hakuna Kulala, 2023), received widespread critical acclaim. The Quietus described her as “one of Nigeria’s most uncompromising emerging artists,” highlighting hooks that “cut deep into the skin” and irresistibly danceable rhythms.
