Jersey

Jersey 's show is supported by Liveurope the first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote European emerging artists. Liveurope is co-founded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.

The massive family tree of contemporary French electronic duos – going from Daft Punk to The Blaze via Air, Modjo, Justice and Carte Blanche – now leads us to brothers Carl and Renaud Amiard, better known as Jersey thanks to their wild take on live performance, which is somewhere between a live show, a DJ set and an out-of-control house party. At the heart of it all is their fast-paced, digital electrohouse – which is fun yet emotional – which continues to break new ground because it appeals both to those feeling nostalgic who hung up their dancing shoes a while back, and to the new generation currently forging their identity on the club scene.

As if they implicitly wanted to champion the pure, genuine emotions generated on the dancefloor when they’re in charge, Jersey have wisely chosen the title of their debut album: NOTHING’S FAKE. You just cannot fake the collective euphoria that will be unleashed in Madrid and Barcelona early next year, fuelled by singles such as Obsessed and U&I.
