Jayahadadream + Barna Grime

JayaHadADream is a Jamaican-Irish rapper from Cambridge redefining the sound of UK rap with her raw lyricism and genre-blending style. 

This year, she is nominated for the MOBO Awards – Grime Artist of the Year, marking another major milestone in her breakthrough career.After leaving her job teaching A-Level Criminology in 2023 to pursue music full-time, she quickly rose to prominence with her breakout single “Twiggy” and a win at the 2024 Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition. 

Since then, she’s performed at Reading & Leeds, Boomtown, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, and SXSW London, earning acclaim from Rolling Stone UK, NME, and TRENCH. Her 2025 highlights include a Glastonbury run, a Timberland x Balamii set alongside Skepta, and a five-date UK tour in support of her mixtape Happiness From Agony. In October 2025, Jaya released her debut mixtape featuring Frisco, Keeya Keys, Capo Lee, Bruza, Footsie, and Big Zuu, following a double win at the Youth Music Awards and a DJ Mag Award later that year. With co-signs from Emeli Sandé, Joy Crookes, Fred again.. and more, Jaya’s poetic storytelling and magnetic stage presence place her firmly at the forefront of UK rap’s next wave.

Although grime may seem a world away from jazz, the two share the same essence: their truest form comes to life in a live setting. It arises from the interaction between the artist on the mic, the music and the audience, turning every moment into a unique experience.

Grime is not the content; it is the vessel. Beyond the 140 BPM and any musical formula, it is a tool for direct expression, capable of channelling emotions, experiences and identities without filters.

Barna Grime was created to bring this spirit to the younger generations of Barcelona: an open space where the microphone becomes a loudspeaker for any voice, struggle or form of dissent.

We see Grime as an open language, a creative tool and a space of freedom.

Gior Di is a multidisciplinary artist from the Baix Llobregat area of Barcelona who grew up surrounded by graffiti and skateboarding culture, an environment that led him to start rapping at a very young age.

Since then, his career has been defined by curiosity and a constant search for new sounds, establishing himself as one of the most exciting emerging acts in the Bass Music scene in Spain.

His journey cannot be understood without his deep connection to the Free Party movement and Sound System culture, where he spent years actively involved, both organizing raves and performing toasting. From this background emerged a sound strongly influenced by Africa, Jamaica, and the United Kingdom, with Grime, UK Garage (UKG), Drum & Bass (D&B), and UK Afro Swing shaping his musical identity.

He is also one half of the duo Puttos, alongside Tearman T, the group's DJ and producer. Together, they champion the role of the MC and the essence of UK music culture through a powerful, high-energy live performance.

Naila De Swardt is an artist from Barcelona with African roots, influenced by Jamaican culture and the hip-hop scene, as well as by soundsystem culture. Her versatility has led her to explore the sounds of the UK music scene, collaborating with Barna Grime and bringing her own unique vision and an MC’s energy that also champions the presence of women in the urban scene.

From Buenos Aires to Barcelona, Belén Natalí has spent years showcasing her voice on sound systems across half of Europe and Latin America, from Mexico to Colombia. She cut her musical teeth in reggae and sound culture, where music is performed live, without barriers, and with the crowd right up against the speakers. Her journey began to make a big splash with “Women Soldier”, featuring Chalart58 on La Panchita Records, followed by
“Blood & Family” and culminating in “Jacarandá”, where she explores a wide range of styles without ever losing that Jamaican touch, featuring Ferran Palau and Santa Salut as guest artists.

Zumbi Man is a Cuban artist based in Barcelona who fuses reggae, dancehall and rap with a strong Rastafarian identity. After getting his start in music through percussion and hip hop in Havana, he developed his own style inspired by Jamaican artists such as Sizzla, Jah Cure and Anthony B.

A leading figure on the Barcelona urban scene, he has collaborated with artists such as Pure Negga, Pielroja, Nekrojoker and NaBoka Noti, establishing himself as a versatile artist who defies easy categorisation. He is currently working on his next solo EP and on an international project with Nino Nath, featuring tracks in Spanish, English and Italian.
