Citric Collective X Apolo

CITRIC is an artistic project born in Terres de l’Ebre, driven by a shared passion for electronic music. It all began in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic and surrounded by nature, when a bunker became the vital epicenter of a group of restless souls. Five years later, now transformed into Citric Collective, community, music, and creativity are the frequencies that guide its movement. 

CITRIC is built on deep admiration for the underground scene and its culture, with a strong commitment to caring for every detail: from sound to space, from the line-up to the tempo of the night. For the collective, music always comes first. It is the axis that defines every decision and the criterion by which every set is shaped. For this reason, each event is curated with the intention of giving full prominence to the music, focusing on sound quality, the energy of the dancefloor, and the real moment of connection that is built between artists and dancers. 

On Friday, February 13, Citric Collective brings its essence to Barcelona with a special proposal to kick off the year at Sala Apolo. They take over La CINC with three guest artists who will build a progressive journey through house, electro, italo, trance, and all the rhythms that define the collective, closing the night with a set by emedemir, CITRIC resident and carrier of the project’s sonic identity. At the same time, La (3) will be hosted by Laylow and Mora, current CITRIC residents, presenting a hybrid set with vinyl as a central element and the meticulous music selection that defines them. In addition, throughout the evening, La (3) will feature various VJ exhibitions that will bring color and shape to the projects of artists who inspire and complement the collective.
