Acclaimed Afrobeat musician Femi Kuti presents a new album titled 'One People One World'. "One People One World" has been recorded at The New Shrine in Lagos, Nigeria, the new concert hall that Femi has built, paying homage to the original The Shrine, where his father , Fela Kuti, had the base of operations. In One People One World, Femi combines afrobeat with reggae, highlife, soul, R & B and other African, Caribbean and African-American elements. Femi recorded most of the album in Lagos, with the musicians of Positive Force, and his son, Omorinmade Anikulapo-Kuti, who is participating more and more in the conservation and enrichment of Fela's legacy. Femi comments: "I truly hope that this music and video will inspire us all, to understand once we are all one, on a planet, and that it is our duty to defend peace, love and justice and to keep our planet healthy."
