AFERS Cycle with Joina & Dressed Like Boys in Barcelona - 18th September 2026
This event is part of the new Afers concert series, a meeting of worlds between a local artist and a European artist that takes place at La CINC in an intimate, intimate setting. This initiative brings together two artistic proposals that share a musical genre in one event, one Friday a month, with the aim of discovering emerging talent on the current music scene.
Joina is an artist known for her distinctive compositional style. Classically trained as a pianist (ESMUC) and influenced by artists such as Debussy, James Blake, and FKA Twigs, she challenges conventions through her authenticity, blending her classical background with pop, electronic, and experimental elements.
After releasing two albums, performing on TV3 as part of the band for the show Zona Franca, and collaborating on stage with artists such as M.I.A. and Beth, she releases her third record in 2025, Entre la mort i el desglaç, produced with Emili Bosch (b1n0) and released by the label Foehn Records.Dressed Like Boys 's show is supported by Liveurope the first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote European emerging artists. Liveurope is co-founded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
