Considerado uno de los creadores de la nueva escena trap y de la vanguardia urbana en España, Omar Montes ha sido uno de los artistas españoles con más éxito desde el 2019.
No solo consiguió su primer disco platino con el remix “La Rubia” si no que “Alocao”, su colaboración con la cantante catalana Bad Gyal, tuvo el mejor debut del año, el tercero de la historia en Spotify España y pasó más de un mes en el número uno, siendo certificada como disco platino en tan solo tres semanas.
Desde entonces no ha parado de lanzar sencillos convertidos en éxito como "Como Estrellas", "Solo", "Normal que se lo crea", “Prendio” y “Baby que quieres que haga”. En 2020 Omar Montes fue el Artista Español más escuchado en Spotify & YouTube España.
