There is no doubt that "guilty pleasure" is an expression that does not appear in the dictionary of the Australian Partiboi69, a producer, DJ and singer who, in musical terms, knows nothing about guilt but knows everything there is to know about pleasure. His golden rule is not to leave any genre out. Big beat, Eurodance, mákina? The more reviled the sound, the better. The more he embraces and champions it, the stronger it becomes. Partiboi69 smiles when the tackiness alarm goes off. His unapologetic and proudly memetic attitude also carries over to the visual dominion: his music videos mix Eurovision codes with an underground culture yet to be discovered.
