Parquesvr is a rock band from Madrid blending theatre of the absurd, nihilistic cynicism, and generational reflection. With members active in the scene for over 15 years, they’ve carved out a space between the alternative, rock, and even performance art circuits. Songs like “Lance Armstrong” and the after-reggaetón hit “Pero” have gone viral, reaching far beyond the typical music scene.
Their style pushes the boundaries of Spanish-language rock, drawing from synth-pop, neighbourhood hip-hop, doom-infused post-punk, and indie rock, among other influences.
