Morochos is a musical duo from Madrid, formed by twin brothers Juan and Ignacio during the 2020 lockdown. Their music blends flamenco and pop, incorporating Caribbean and Mediterranean influences, resulting in a fresh and joyful style.
In 2022, they released their first album, Con poquitas cosas ser feliz, which gathered the singles released up until then, such as "Vivir para mí" and "Gozadera." This work allowed them to tour numerous venues and cities in Spain, solidifying their presence in the national music scene. In February 2024, they presented their second album, De dónde vengo, a tribute to their family and cultural roots, including songs dedicated to their younger brother, their grandmother, and their dog. This album reflects a greater artistic maturity and a deeper exploration of their Venezuelan influences.
After the success of their first albums, the brothers have evolved without losing their essence. In 2025, Morochos embark on a new artistic phase, opting for a more mature and professional production. Their upcoming singles reflect this transformation, expanding the emotional spectrum of their songs to explore not only joy and nostalgia but also heartbreak, anxiety, and the uncertainty of life.
