The instrumental rock quartet MONO is one of the Japanese bands with the greatest international reach. Since 1999, their approach has been a dynamic and atmospheric sound, linked to touches of classical music and inclined toward expansive compositions that convey drama and tension. Capable of having one foot in Sonic Youth and the other in Beethoven, or one in My Bloody Valentine and the other in Morricone, while expressing emotions as elevated as they are profound without interruption. They will present their thirteenth album, "Snowdrop", to be released in June, which is a tribute to Steve Albini.
