Awarded two Latin Grammys for Best Samba Album with the albums Mart'nália Canta Vinicius de Moraes (2019) and Misturado (2017), Mart'nália recorded 13 studio albums and her latest album, Sou Assim até Mudar was recorded in 2021, which is full of beautiful sambas.
Mart'nália has played samba since she was born, accompanying her father, Martinho da Vila, in the samba circles of Vila Isabel. Still very young, she fell in love with rhythm and it was there that she learned to dance samba, sing, play the guitar and the tambourine.
Mart'nália had the privilege of being recognized by great names in Brazilian Popular Music. Caetano Veloso was the artistic director of his album "Pé de meu Samba", having composed the main song and Maria Bethânia directed the disco "Menino do Rio".
From these two albums, Mart'nália began to attract a lot of media attention, performing live throughout Brazil and then internationally with tours in Europe and Africa.
