Founded in Bogotá in 1986, La Pestilencia is the cornerstone band of Colombian hardcore punk and one of the most important ethical and musical benchmarks in Latin American rock. Over the course of 40 years, the band has built a relentless discography marked by political criticism, the denunciation of violence, and a unique sound fusing punk, hardcore, and alternative metal. In 2026, the band embarks on "El Último Pogo" (The Last Pogo), bringing an unrepeatable career to a close and leaving behind an indelible musical and historic legacy.
