Festes del Poble Sec: 2machines + Laura Elle + Tukki LaRola + Kinética - 26th July 2025
The 26th of July, Apolo presents a special free programme to celebrate the Festa Major del Poble Sec, the neighbourhood that has seen us grow and grow for more than 80 years and of which we are proud to be a part.
From six in the evening until eleven at night, come by the venue to enjoy concerts and DJ sets that we have prepared together with the Centre Cultural Albareda, a specialised music facility next to the Tres Xemeneies and Paral-lel, and the feminist and anti-colonial DJ school Sin Sync.

2machines
The duo 2machines mixes urban rap and hip hop rhythms with drum n bass, taking advantage of the potential of the machines (AKAI MPC), creating an innovative sonority with a classical influence. A live project in essence, performative, fun and musically varied.
Laura Elle
Barcelona-born Laura Elle is a composer, singer-songwriter and DJ with more than 15 years of experience. Initiated in the improvisation of jams and the Berlin school of electronica, in 2020 she starts a new adventure: releasing her first EP ‘How would I be’, where she deals with non-normativity, fat activism, loss, shame, fear or anxiety while oscillating between R&B, neo-soul, electronica and pop.
Tukki LaRola
Tukki LaRola is a Colombian DJ based in Barcelona who selects a mix of electronic music, traditional Latin American rhythms and urban sounds with a feminist and decolonial perspective. Her sessions propose a sonic journey between electronica and the ancestral, weaving bridges between contemporary beats and sounds from the global south.
Kinetica
Kinetika's artistic work includes multiple disciplines: music, dance, composition and sound design. She is a beats producer, singer, musician and DJ, with a particular and versatile style of musical exploration between electronic and chamber music and pop.
