Next Wednesday, October 7th, at 7:30 PM, we are hosting another edition of the DJ Forum for the Barcelona community. It is a gathering designed to spark a genuine, constructive dialogue about the current state of Barcelona’s local DJ scene.
Amidst a landscape of cultural saturation and rising competition, we believe it is crucial to coordinate better as a sector, align our interests, and create synergies that strengthen our collective position. The session will kick off with brief introductions from the attending collectives and DJs, followed by a discussion on three key topics: designing your EPK; critical thinking and the algorithmic dystopia; and ethics, culture, and community. Our goal is clear: to create a safe, productive space to address industry challenges, points of friction, and lessons learned—and, above all, to propose concrete improvements.
Finally, we will open the DJ booth to anyone wishing to join the B2B jam session (vinyl + digital) and continue with networking until midnight. We want to hear every voice and build solutions together. Your participation is part of the change. We look forward to seeing you there!
