Apologia X Ninfekta: Brianathegemini + Kuiã + Latingoblin + LAINX

Apologia X Ninfekta- 28th March, 2026

NINFEKTA was born in 2023 from a simple and honest conversation between friends—queer creators, ravers and dreamers—who felt the need to shape and protect the dancefloor they wanted to see: a floor that celebrated excess, contradiction, emotion and risk. Founded by BRIANATHEGEMINI, DJ, sound storyteller and tireless explorer of rhythm, Ninfekta didn’t emerge to fill a void—Lisbon’s queer scene was already vibrant and powerful—but to amplify, honor and push even further the sonic and emotional possibilities that already exist. Ninfekta is a space to expand queer expression, protect freedom of movement and nurture radical joy.

Their first party exploded on June 25th, 2023, and since then the collective has hosted countless DJs, artists and collaborations, spreading its chaotic and intense energy to every brave body that dares to enter its universe. More than a party, Ninfekta is a statement: that queer bodies deserve a space where they can be loud, chaotic, sensual, strange, fragile and fierce—all at once. A floor where everyone fits and no identity needs to justify itself or shrink.

Musically, Ninfekta is as open as its politics. Genres are shredded, mixed and spat back out into something unpredictable, burning and impossible to classify. On any given night you might hear the euphoric glitch of hyperpop crashing into hardcore brutality, or industrial techno melting into baile funk, guaracha and mutant reggaeton. Breakcore and jungle shatter into a thousand pieces of deconstructed club, while trance euphoria and gabber acidity fuse with raw hardgroove or the dirtiest ghetto tech. Nothing is sacred; everything is possible. It’s a floor where queer memory, diasporic energy, digital chaos and sweaty rave bodies meet. But this sonic openness reflects a deeper commitment: creating space for queer, trans, non-binary, femmes, butches, freaks, dissidents—those so often watched, commodified or made invisible elsewhere. Here there is no expectation to normalize or fit in. Rage, tenderness, pleasure, vulnerability, absurdity and intensity are welcome. Ninfekta is a playground and a trench; a celebration and a refusal.

In times when queer spaces risk becoming sterile, commercial or disconnected from their radical roots, Ninfekta insists on remaining raw, emotional, messy and gloriously real. It is neither nostalgia nor utopia—it is the queer future unfolding on the dancefloor. Here you don’t have to shrink. You don’t have to explain. You don’t have to behave. You only have to be. Prepare for nights of unpredictable sonic journeys, intimate chaos and collective catharsis. Let yourself be NINFEKTED. The virus spreads.

On March 28th, Ninfekta arrives at la CINC of Apolo for the first time invited by Apologia, with an event dedicated to FLINTA and dissident bodies. An event where sound becomes a spell, the dancefloor becomes an altar, and every movement invokes what sustains us: freedom, intensity, desire, mystery. Here we come to summon an energy that vibrates beyond the club. A hybrid, mutant force that cuts through the skin and ignites who we are. Musically, you can expect a fierce collision of styles: hyperpop, hardcore, industrial techno, baile funk, guaracha, mutant reggaeton, breakcore, jungle, gabber, hardgroove, ghetto tech and anything that makes the body overflow with vibration.

Get ready for a night of intimate chaos, radical freedom and pure sonic infection.

Lineup:
Brianathegemini, Kuiã, Latingoblin, LAINX

Brianathegemini

Brianathegemini is a DJ, artist and label owner of Ninfekta. Born and raised in Lisbon, having passed through the Netherlands, and now rooted in Barcelona, her sound is a ritual of collision between brazilian funk, guaracha, reggaeton, techno, tribal, hyperpop, dubstep, hardcore and drum n’ bass, summoned into one fierce and unrelenting force.

Each set is more than music. It is invocation of the queer sound, of resistance. Hyper vocals entwine with hard beats to open portals where body, spirit and rhythm dissolve into one. With raw club intensity, she turns the dancefloor into sacred ground, where chaos becomes communion and ecstasy becomes truth.

LAINX

Born and raised in Lisbon, LAINX also brings influences from the London scene of which they were apart of at some point. The intention is to be up close and personal. The same applies in all art forms that they practice. The sound is to be raw, direct, meaningful, if one allows it. One of the main characteristics is the passion for hedonism. LAINX is impulsive, intense.

They have played in venues and parties such as Planeta Manas, Outra Cena, Musicbox, Riktus, Arvi, and Rat Party (UK). They were a resident DJ and co-producer of Maythey, a Lisbon-based queer hardcore party, where they played an active role in
shaping its sound and identity. Currently, LAINX is a resident DJ at Ninfekta, a Barcelona-based FLINTA collective.

Their sound fluctuates mainly between hardcore, tekno and guaracha, though they like to incorporate various styles in their sets. Always keeping a (sometimes impatient) fun, fresh vibe.

Kuiä

Born in Belém do Pará, Küiã has become a reference DJ in Porto since 2021, carving out a unique niche in the music scene. With a passion for high-energy rhythms and powerful beats, she draws inspiration from the aggressive tones of European pop and the raw intensity of Latin underground music. Her sets are known for their electrifying atmosphere, where pulsating sounds collide to create an unforgettable experience.

In 2023, together with other artists, she co-founded the collective SKÜM with the aim of boosting local talent, elevating artistic expression, and fostering subcultural events.

With a repertoire that spans genres, Küiã blends diverse sounds, turning every venue into a sanctuary of aggressive and sensual beats. Her musical journey is not just a reflection of her roots, but a statement of her vision—a celebration of rhythm, culture, and the power of music to bring people together.

Latin Goblin

Born in Colombia, Latin Goblin moved to Barcelona in 2016, where she developed a deep passion for music and fully discovered her sound. Her sets are energetic, hypnotic, and fun. She blends tribe, acid, techno, tekno, and mental with Latin rhythms and percussion that won’t leave you indifferent.
