This event is part of the new Afers concert series, a meeting of worlds between a local artist and a European artist that takes place at La CINC in an intimate, intimate setting. This initiative brings together two artistic proposals that share a musical genre in one event, one Friday a month, with the aim of discovering emerging talent on the current music scene.
Júlia Colom (Valldemossa, 1997) has established herself as one of the most distinctive voices on today’s music scene, blending tradition and contemporary influences in a unique artistic vision. Deeply rooted in Mallorcan folk music and trained in vocal performance, jazz, composition, and music production in Barcelona, she has developed a sound that transcends genres and trends.
Following the success of Miramar, her acclaimed debut album inspired by Mallorca’s oral musical traditions, Colom returns with Paradís(2025), a work that expands her artistic language into delicate, emotional, and genre-defying pop. Combining elements of electronic music, folk, and experimentation, her songs stand out for their sensitivity, originality, and evocative power.
Gaia Banfi 's show is supported by Liveurope the first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote European emerging artists. Liveurope is co-founded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
Gaia Banfi (Milan, 1998) is a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer whose work blends art-pop, electronics, and sonic experimentation, creating a distinctive musical universe where the voice becomes an integral part of the production itself.
The daughter of Baffo Banfi, the legendary keyboardist of Un Biglietto per l’Inferno, she grew up surrounded by music. After studying singing, guitar, and violin, she graduated with highest honors in Jazz Singing from the Bologna Conservatory and released her debut album, Lotus, in 2020.
Since 2022, she has collaborated with producer AKA5HA, further developing an adventurous electronic and experimental sound. In 2023, she appeared on X Factor Italy and performed at festivals and venues across the country.
In 2025, she released La Maccaia (Trovarobato), following the singles Piazza Centrale and Seia, cementing her place as one of the most compelling voices in Italy’s new experimental music scene.
