Forróçacana is a group that represents the “Forró Pé de Serra” of Luiz Gonzaga, Jackson do Pandeiro and Dominguinhos. Soon the group embarked on an authorial career throughout Brazil and created a style that combined forró with samba, choro, among other world influences such as rock, reggae and oriental music.
The group is formed by the musicians Duani - Zabumbatera and lead vocals; Mará - 8-bass accordion and bellows; Cachaça - guitar, cavaco and viola caipira;Chris Mourao – percussion; Marcos Moletta - violin, mandolin and Bahian guitar.
